Monday, November 10th – 5 mile (easy pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, November 11th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Thursday, November 13th – 10.5 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, November 15th – 4 mile (long run pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
It's sort of funny how some weeks work out. This week looks like I only ran 17.5 miles (which is incredible low when training for 2 marathons, not to mention 48.6 miles within 4 days for the Dopey Challenge). I didn't have a long run this week because I am running the Avengers Half Marathon tomorrow morning with the hubby (so it just happens to be part of next week's recap calendar). Even so, I am feel strong, determined, and confident!
