Sunday, August 3rd – 20 mile run
Monday, August 4th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, August 5th – 7.5 mile run
Wednesday, August 6th – 5.5 mile run
Thursday, August 7th – 8 mile run
Friday, August 8th – 5 mile trail run with the hubby
Saturday, August 9th – 5 mile trail run with the hubby
This week got a little flipped around because we were in Mammoth camping for the weekend. I was supposed to do 5, 8, 5, 10 and then three hours, but I swapped this weekend's long runs (10 miles on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday) with next weekend's runs (4 miles on Saturday and 8 miles on Sunday and then moved them up a day so I could take my rest day on our driving home day rather than having to get in a longer run that morning) so I wouldn't feel like I was missing out on a big workout. Ha, I know, it's not like y'all are keeping tabs on me and my training schedule, but I still make these notes in case I use a similar plan in the future and wonder why I was off compared to what I was "supposed to run".
