Sunday, April 7th – 10 mile run
Monday, April 8th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, April 9th – Rest Day
Wednesday, April 10th – 4.44 mile hill repeat run
Thursday, April 11th – HIIT workout
Friday, April 12th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, April 13th – 3 mile run with the hubby
Nothing too special to report for this week's workouts. The hubby was out of town for a photoshoot (yes, I know, again...) Sunday through Wednesday so I actually did Sunday's run after work. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but for some reason I am actually preferring afternoon/ evening runs right now - which is NOT what I had ever really preferred in the past. My sleep/ energy has been pretty wonky recently, so I guess forcing myself to wake up extra early in the morning to get in my runs first thing or before work just hasn't been my jam, but hey, you gotta take what you can get.
