Workout Recap - Week 14

Sunday, March 31st  3 mile run with the hubby

Monday, April 1st –  60 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, April 2nd – HIIT workout

Wednesday, April 3rd – Rest Day

Thursday, April 4th – 4.44 mile lunchtime run

Friday, April 5th  Rest Day

Saturday, April 6th – 4 mile run with the hubby

The mileage may look lower than expected, but that's more because I bookended the week with runs with the hubby (and he is just trying to get back to consistently running so we are keeping the miles low and the fun high ;)). I've actually really been enjoying my midday runs on my lunch break - that is, until it starts getting warmer (I've lucked out that the last two times I did it, the temps were in the high 50s so I didn't have to worry about going back to work a sweaty, stinky mess). PS How wild is it that on 4/4 (the fourth work day of the week), I ran 4.44 miles (as you can tell from my map, there is NO WAY I could have planned that) at a average pace of 8:44/minute?! I mean, I don't think I could've had more 4s if I tried ;)
