Sunday, April 21st – 3 miles with the hubby
Monday, April 22nd – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, April 23rd – 4 mile lunch run
Wednesday, April 24th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, April 25th – Rest Day
Friday, April 26th – 7.7 mile of trail running with the hubby around Arches National Park (plus 5ish more miles of hiking)
Saturday, April 27th – 3.3 mile of trail running with the hubby around Canyonlands National Park (plus 4.5ish more miles of hiking)
The hubby, pup and I went to Utah this week (we left after I got off of work on Wednesday and made our way back home on Sunday evening), so I swapped things around a bit. I knew we would probably do a bit of hiking and or trail running, so I wasn't too worried about getting in miles during the week. The hubby surprised me (and himself) by wanting to do more running than I was expecting - which I am ALWAYS down for! Friday's trail run was supposed to be 3ish miles, but then we took the "primitive path", veered down all of the offshoots, etc and we quickly were over 7 miles. All-in-all I'm thrilled with how everything went and felt and just need to start getting into a better (and consistent) routine! BOOYA GRANDMA!
