Workout Recap - Week 16

Sunday, April 14th  90 minutes on the stationary bike

Monday, April 15th –  4 mile hill repeat run

Tuesday, April 16th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday, April 17th – Rest Day

Thursday, April 18th – HIIT workout

Friday, April 19th  Rest Day 

Saturday, April 20th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

I gave blood on Thursday and they normally prefer you to have NOT worked out that day, so that's sort of why things were moved around a bit. I figured a 20 minute workout wouldn't dehydrate me so I'd be good (and I was). Also, the day after donating my runs normally feel pretty junky so I made it another rest day. Oh yeah and originally I was planning on running during my lunch break on Wednesday (I've really been enjoying those runs), but I spent my lunch break (and about 3 hours around that time) bailing out our work bathroom floor from an overflowed toilet... Yeah, that's how my week was going ;) I'm bummed (and maybe a little disappointed in myself) that I really only got in 4 miles of running, but am hoping to be back at it more regularly soon.
