Thursday, January 10th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, January 11th – Rest Day
Saturday, January 12th – Avalon 50K/50M Benefit Run
I will have much more to say when I process all of my feelings from this weekend's race, but for now, suffice it to say I am an OFFICIAL ULTRA MARATHONER!! I might have had to run around town for an extra 1.5 miles after crossing the finish line on Saturday, but my watch eventually hit 50 miles! BOOM SHAKALAKA! Now time to recover!
