Sunday, January 13th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, January 14th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, January 15th – 4 mile run
Wednesday, January 16th – 6 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, January 17th – 8.5 mile run
Friday, January 18th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, January 19th – 10.10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Technically my 50K training had a 20 mile run scheduled on Saturday, but I knew I was NOT up for that, so decided to knock it down to a 10 mile run (and depending on how I feel next weekend maybe I will do the 20-miler then). Despite having just run a 50-Miler on Saturday of last week, my body feels great (I am a little extra tired, but that'll right itself when I get back on a regular "sleep" schedule). And my body will be even happier now that the rain and storms are gone!
