This was NOT my best week... Technically my 13-miler that I ran during the San Diego Half was last week's long run. This week I was supposed to have a 20-miler on Friday and my knee had other thoughts about that... Thankfully it seems to be feeling better now, but I think I will just have to consider that long run a lost and not try to force myself to make it up in the coming days. Listening to your body, especially when it tells you to NOT run, can be SUCKTASTIC, but it's part of this running game, right?!
