Monday, October 19th – 6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, October 20th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
We are now entering taper time. This week "only" had 33.1 miles run (which seems so low, especially after a couple recent weeks with 20 mile runs). It seems so weird because I normally do my long runs on Friday morning and this week I got to sleep in! I am sure my body is loving the extra rest, it's just my brain that is having a somewhat tough time with it.
