Workout Recap - Week 40

Sunday, September 27th – 12.5 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, September 28th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 5 mile progression run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, September 29th –  18 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, September 30th –  5 mile pace run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, October 1st – 20 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, October 2nd –  Leg 1 of Ragnar Trail Vail Lake, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, October 3rd – Legs 2 and 3 of Ragnar Trail Vail Lake, Foam Rolled & Stretched

HOLY CRAPOLY! A week of 57 miles run?! That is CRAY-CRAY (especially with 15 of them on the trails and 9 of those in the pitch dark!)! This week felt GREAT! My long run was right in the pace range that I needed, my other runs felt strong and I didn't die on the trails - I will count it QUITE the successful week!
