Monday, March 23rd – 5.16 mile run
Tuesday, March 24th – Rest day
Wednesday, March 25th – 5.10 mile run
Thursday, March 26th – Rest day
Friday, March 27th – 7.5 mile run
Saturday, March 28th – 5 mile trail run with the hubby
The hubby was out of town last weekend (through Monday evening), up in Mammoth snowboarding with a friend. I decided to run after work on Monday and then take Tuesday as a rest day, which meant I only had to do one 4:15am wake-up call. I was expecting to be cooked by the time I went to run after work on Monday, but surprisingly the body didn't feel terrible. With that said, I might swap out a run every so often from before work to after work, especially with the sun staying out later. Other than that, everything else was routine and smooth sailing (which one can never take for granted!).
