Sunday, March 15th – 10.17 miles (7.17 mile run solo and 3 miles of walk/ run with the hubby)
Monday, March 16th – Rest day
Tuesday, March 17th – 5.08 mile run
Wednesday, March 18th – 5.07 mile progressive run
Thursday, March 19th – Rest day
Friday, March 20th – 7 mile run
Saturday, March 21st – 5 mile run
Another week of just over 30 miles run. I will say that my fibromyalgia (or at least I think that's what it is) seems to be kicking my butt... or, more specifically, my lower back. It's not so much painful when I'm running, but when I twist, I can tell my back is super tight. I've been trying to stretch and sleep on the heating pad, but nothing seems to be helping. (I've also tried switching between standing and sitting at work in case one is better than the other, but I haven't noticed a difference no matter what I do.) Praying everything loosens up and works itself out sooner rather than later. Here's to next week!
