Workout Recap - Week 7

Sunday, February 11th  6 mile run

Monday, February 12th –  60 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, February 13th – HIIT workout

Wednesday, February 14th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

Thursday, February 15th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday, February 16th  60 minutes on the stationary bike

Saturday, February 17th – 3 mile hike to the El Salto Waterfall 

I swear, I want to run... I just can't get my body (and mind) to cooperate. I'm waking up in the morning and my back is killing me (probably fibromyalgia related with the storms rolling through) or I have zero energy. I'm stoked I was able to start incorporating a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout this week and hope to keep something like it in the schedule. I was out of town this weekend (Mexico from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon), so I didn't get a chance to try and do my weekend runs, but I think this next week will be better (as long as the rain stays away in the morning).

Regularity in training is essential. I am trying to introduce such a system into my life. This is not easy.
