Monday, January 29th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, January 30th – 6 mile run
Wednesday, January 31st – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, February 1st – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, February 2nd – Rest Day
Saturday, February 3rd – 6 hours of hiking around Big Sur / Monterey
Haha, as soon as I posted last week's recap I remembered I would be out of town this weekend (not to mention the atmospheric RIVERS [yes, MULTIPLE] we are dealing with). Instead of the HIIT workout I was originally planning on doing Tuesday, I thought I'd get in one of the runs from the weekend that I'd be out of town for. I was planning on doing another one on Thursday before work, but the rain was a fallin' and I opted for the dry stationary bike ;) This week might not have followed my original plan, but it felt good and I kept a smile on my face, so that's gotta count for something, right?!
