Workout Recap - Week 19

Sunday, May 7th  Rest Day

Saturday, May 13th – Rest Day

When every step you take or breath you breathe hurts, you cut back on everything non-essential... I drove to work so I wouldn't have to take the extra walking (aka pounding) steps, I read on my lunch hour instead of strolling around the store and I slept in (HA... if what I do is considered "sleep") instead of waking up for a morning workout. One positive is my cough is gone and my voice is almost back to 100%. Here's hoping next week I can get back on the bike for a few days.
