Sunday, April 23rd – 3 mile run
Monday, April 24th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, April 25th – 2 mile run, 30 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, April 26th – Rest Day
Thursday, April 27th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, April 28th – Rest Day
Saturday, April 29th – Rest Day
After being "under the weather" and having my parents visit at the end of last week, I was really hoping that this week I would turn a corner with whatever this "upper respiratory virus/ allergies/ crap" is and stop the coughing, but that was not the case. I actually had to stay home from work Monday through Wednesday as to not scare our customers away (I still have no voice as I type this, so probably didn't instill much confidence in my "health" to said visitors). With the inability to sleep through the night, I had to listen to my body and throw in a couple extra rest days. Eh. I'm really hoping NEXT week will be THE week... The week where everything goes back to feeling good and I can get on with "normal" training again.
