Monday, July 20th – 13.5 mile run
Wednesday, July 22nd – 10 mile run
Thursday, July 23rd – Rest Day
Friday, July 24th – 14 mile run
Saturday, July 25th – 4 mile run with the hubby
WHOOOO HOOOOO! It is the first time in quite some time that I hit over 50 miles of running in a week. The body is holding up a-okay. The ankle is still feeling a little less than 100%, but the hubby said that ankles take "forever" to heal (or at least "it could be up to like 6 months before it's back to normal"). It has been on the humid side the last couple weeks, so the runs definitely aren't feeling too easy, but man I am happy to be back out and running again.
