Workout Recap - Week 29

Sunday, July 12th – 13 mile hike/ run with the hubby

Monday, July 13th – 3 mile run with the hubby

Tuesday, July 14th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday, July 15th – 10.10 mile run

Thursday, July 16th – Rest Day

Friday, July 17th  13.13 mile run

Saturday, July 18th – 9 mile run with the hubby

My miles might be slower than they've been in the past (and have more walk breaks than before), but I am STOKED to be back running a bit more mileage. Almost 50 miles this week - WHOO HOO! Don't worry, I'm taking it slow, but I'm thrilled. I'm also a little nervous how things will go starting in August when I go to working Monday through Friday at the running store and trying to fit in my runs/workouts - but if it's important, I'll make it happen (otherwise, I'll make an excuse).
