Sunday, October 14th – 8 mile run with the hubby
Monday, October 15th – 3 mile run with the hubby
Tuesday, October 16th – 2 mile warm-up, 4 x 400 with 2:00 rest {1.55 miles}, 2 mile cool-down
Wednesday, October 17th – 2 mile run
Thursday, October 18th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, October 19th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, October 20th – 2 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Looking for a great way to take your mind off the taper of an upcoming goal race?! Why not head to Hawaii for a 9 day vacation?! Being on the islands (we were on Kauai) definitely helped take my mind off the fact that I had only run 20.55 miles all week (two weeks prior I would do that in a single run!). Can't believe race day is already here! Ventura or bust!
