Sunday, May 7th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, May 8th – 10 mile run (Goal: 7 @ 8:20 pace, 3 @ 7:35 pace), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, May 9th – 4 mile run with the hubby (Goal was 9:45 pace), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, May 10th – 5.17 mile run {10 minute warm-up, 5K Test (Goal HR 180+), 10 minute cool-down}, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, May 11th – 45 minutes of yoga, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, May 12th – 3.06 mile run with the hubby {30 minute run (Goal HR ~140)}, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, May 13th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Because we ended up having a race on Saturday last week (which put off my rest day until Sunday), I ended up with two rest days this week. I'm pretty happy with how all of my workouts went this week. Although I didn't hit my fast paces in my long run, I was able to run a 5K PR midweek for my fitness test - so hopefully that means my training is working ;)
