Sunday, November 13th – 3 mile walk with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, November 14th – 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, November 15th – Rest Day (travel day)
Wednesday, November 16th – Hiked Yosemite Falls (Garmin had me at 7+ miles for the day)
Thursday, November 17th – Hiked Vernal Falls & Nevada Falls (round trip of 10.5 miles and my Garmin had me at 19+ miles for the day)
Friday, November 18th – Hiked around Yosemite (Garmin had me at 10+ miles for the day), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, November 19th – Walked 2.75 miles with the hubby and pup, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thankfully our camping trip to Yosemite (and all the hiking/ walking) helped to take my mind off the fact that I'm still not running... UGH! I'm going to give it a go next week, but obviously will take it slowly and make sure I listen to my body every step of the way (literally and figuratively)! I'm also sure my body will much appreciate getting back into the foam rolling and stretching routine (it's hard to pack it when you are living in the bed of a truck for the better part of a week).
