Workout Recap - Week 46

Sunday, November 6th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Monday, November 7th – 45 minutes of yoga, 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, November 8th –  Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 3 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, November 9th – 15 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, November 10th – 2.75 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Friday, November 11th –  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, November 12th – Rock 'N' Roll Las Vegas 5K

I'm still working through some knee/ hip/ glute issues, so training has been low mileage (like, legit... less than SIX MILES of running this past week), but I'm trying to stay active and not lose everything I have worked so hard for... Here's to getting healthy and healed!
