Sunday, September 15th – 7.17 mile run
Monday, September 16th – Rest day
Tuesday, September 17th – 4 mile run
Wednesday, September 18th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, September 19th – 4 mile lunch run
Friday, September 20th – Rest day
Saturday, September 21st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Not too shabby of a week. Got in a few runs (even with having to go to Temecula one day for work and then having to go in early another day for a meeting) and a couple sessions on the bike (one while watching the Michigan football game ;)). My psychiatrist and I are changing my meds, which throws my tummy off a bit, and Mother Nature is playing with my body, but overall I'm still getting some activity in, even if I'm feeling off my game. Here's to everything settling down soon!
