Monday, September 26th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, September 27th – 4ish miles
Wednesday, September 28th – 9ish miles
Thursday, September 29th – 4ish miles
Friday, September 30th – Rest Day
Saturday, October 1st – 19 miles
New shoes, new watch, new month ;) I'm stoked to say that October brought with it a bit less humidity (although, let's be real, we're only one day in, so I'm not holding my breath). We've been struggling with another heatwave with high humidity, so any break is greatly appreciated. (And since I was without a working watch for the last two weeks I don't know how the heat and humidity impacted my pace, but thankfully I'm not training for speed at the moment, so it's not an issue.)
