Workout Recap - Week 39

Sunday, September 19th – 6.2 mile run with the hubby

Monday, September 20th – Rest Day

Tuesday, September 21st – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday, September 22nd – 13.13 mile run

Thursday, September 23rd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday, September 24th – 10.11 mile run

Saturday, September 25th – Rest Day

This week was a little funky... I had to get bloodwork done on Monday (still trying to figure out some health issues), which meant it became a rest day. Then on Tuesday morning I was planning on going out for a 10 mile run but my stomach felt "off" and I wasn't 100% comfortable with being too far away from a bathroom, so it turned into a bike day. Normally I try to run every other day during the week (with either a bike day or rest day following the run) which meant Wednesday run, Thursday bike, Friday run. Well, next week I am working Tuesday through Saturday, so I thought that since I ran Friday and would be off on Monday, I'd take a rest day on Saturday and do my "weekend" runs on Sunday and Monday. I have a couple races on the calendar for the end of the year (at least they haven't been cancelled or turned virtual yet), but none of them are serious, so I'm okay with having to swap around runs... Or at least that's what I'm telling myself ;)
