Sunday, September 5th – 8 mile run with the hubby
Monday, September 6th – 6.2 mile run
Tuesday, September 7th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, September 8th – 3.1 mile run
Thursday, September 9th – Rest Day
Friday, September 10th – 37.37 mile birthday run
Saturday, September 11th – Rest Day
Shut the front door. Can you believe that my 37th birthday (and 37 mile run) feel during Week 37 of the year?! How awesome is that?! I'll have a full recap up of the run soon, but suffice it to say it went well and I'll be taking a few days off running to give my body some time to recover from the 6+ hour run I rocked. Now onto the next goal, whatever that is ;)
