Sunday, April 26th – 6.2 mile run with the hubby
Monday, April 27th – 14 mile run, Foam Rolled and Stretched
Tuesday, April 28th – 45 minute yoga class, 3 mile run with the hubby (the first two we ran just him and I, the third we grabbed Walt and he joined us for a mile), Foam Rolled and StretchedWednesday, April 29th – 8.08 mile run (including November Project Sunrise 6K)
Thursday, April 30th – 11.3 mile run, Foam Rolled and Stretched
Friday, May 1st – 12.42 mile run, Foam Rolled and Stretched
Saturday, May 2nd – Rest Day, Foam Rolled and Stretched
Another 55 mile week - BOOM! Thankful my body is still feeling great while I am putting up decent mileage. Maybe adding in my core workouts, daily burpees and weekly yoga is helping more than I expected ;) Thinking about tackling a 50K next week, so will dial back the runs at the beginning of the week to make sure I have enough gas in the tank for a 31 mile run sometime in the second half of the week. But, nothing's set in stone, so we'll see how I'm feeling when the day comes ;)
