Sunday, March 1st – Rest Day
Monday, March 2nd – 10 mile run
Tuesday, March 3rd – 6.2 mile runWednesday, March 4th – 4 mile run
Thursday, March 5th – 4 mile run
Friday, March 6th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, March 7th – Rest Day
Taper week feels so strange after having such high mileage recently, but I guess filling my time with work has been a great way to distract me. I did my best to prioritize sleeping this week, although with the fact that we are losing an hour of sleep the night before LA I'm not sure I'll be exactly "well rested" for Sunday's marathon, but at least I tried ;) Thankfully it's "just another training run" in route to next weekend's 50K (just shooting for time on my feet and enjoying the miles with friends)!
