Sunday, December 8th – Riverside Reindeer Run Half Marathon with the hubby
Monday, December 9th – 4 mile run
Tuesday, December 10th – 6 mile runWednesday, December 11th – 4 mile run
Thursday, December 12th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, December 13th – 14 mile run
Saturday, December 14th – 6 mile run
Definitely feeling the fatigue after this week, but I think it has more to do with being on my feet for an extra 30 hours a week and getting less sleep than the actual mileage (seeing as it isn't crazy high at 47.1). I'm sure the fact that I didn't take a rest day this week (normally Sunday would have been my scheduled rest day but with the race I moved it to the day before so you don't see it in this recap) doesn't help either. PS I am putting this here so I have more accountability - I NEED TO ADD STRETCHING AND FOAM ROLLING BACK INTO THE ROUTINE! It's been way too long without it!
