Workout Recap - Week 48

Sunday, November 26th – 10 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, November 27th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, November 28th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, November 29th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, November 30th – 5 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, December 1st – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Saturday, December 2nd – 11 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


I had tallied my miles up on Friday and saw that if I got in 11 I'd hit 50 miles for the week, so that's what my Saturday run became ;) And 21 of the miles were with the hubby - how awesome is that?! The next two weekends we've got half marathons on the docket (since the hubby is now hitting 12+ miles for his full marathon training runs we figured we might as well do them with aid stations and getting bling at the end ;)), so keep your eyes peeled for those recaps! Hubby might even attempt a PR at the San Diego Holiday Half on the 16th (he even mentioned possibly shooting for a sub-2!)!

I typically use Nuun before and during my runs and then water after. I've found the extra boost of electrolytes, and the faint taste of flavor, are what works best for me rather than Gatorade or just plain water. Nuun is by far my favorite out of any sports drink I've tried!
