Haiti

Quick post before I go to bed (if I can fall asleep that is), but I wanted to ask you all to join with me in praying for Haiti. Tomas (the hurricane) is scheduled to hit Haiti tomorrow. I was struck tonight by the image of all of the tent cities. I cannot even fathom what a hurricane (or even bad storm) will do to this country that is already in such dire straits. They are saying with the storm that the contamination of the water and the spread of the cholera outbreak could just continue to get worse and worse. Please pray for the safety, health, and well-being of those in Haiti... they really don't need another disaster on their hands!
