Tuesday, June 13th – 80 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, June 14th – 3 mile run
Thursday, June 15th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, June 16th – Rest Day
Saturday, June 17th – 3 mile run
Another week of mediocre activity, but I guess I'm okay with that because my official training doesn't start for another week... Oh yeah, I'm not sure if I made it "blog official" or not, but I will be running the Detroit Marathon in October (the hubby and I booked our flights this past week) so I'm gonna have to start cracking down on the training soon. My goal for next week is to get back into the 4am wake up routine (and if I'm up I'll be more likely to get my booty out the door ;)).
