Wednesday, June 7th – Rest Day
Thursday, June 8th – 3 mile run
Friday, June 9th – Rest Day
Saturday, June 10th – 8.5 miles of hiking in Joshua Tree
It felt nice to be back "on track" this week. Sure, I may not have gotten in as much running or biking as a normal training week, but I'm stoked that I got in some consistent movement. I left Thursday after work to spend the weekend with one of my best friend's in LA. On Saturday we went to Joshua Tree and hiked around for most of the day. I might not have gotten in miles of running, but we definitely got plenty of steps in! Here's to every week being a little better than the one before.
