Workout Recap - Week 41

Sunday, October 4th – 60 minutes on the bike, 4 mile run with the hubby, 60 minutes on the bike

Monday, October 5th – 11 mile run

Tuesday, October 6th  90 minutes on the stationary bike

Wednesday, October 7th – 13.33 mile run

Thursday, October 8th– 90 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday, October 9th  11 mile run, 3.1 mile hike with the hubby and pup

Saturday, October 10th – 5.65 mile trail run with the hubby, 2 mile hike with the hubby and pup

Seeing as all of my races for 2020 have been cancelled, I am not stressing (too much) about hitting certain mileage for the week. Of course I would love to be in the 50 miles per week range, but at the same time, it is all about the QUALITY of miles - and running on the trails in Tahoe with the hubby was MUCH BETTER than running solo miles in the dark at home... so I'll take the fact that I "only" got 44.98 miles in. Not to mention, running at altitude is no walk in the park!
