Sunday, September 27th – 6.2 mile run with the hubby
Monday, September 28th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, September 30th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, October 1st – 13.31 mile run
Friday, October 2nd – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, October 3rd – 15 mile run
Normally I would have gotten in a few more miles on Sunday, which would have probably bumped me over the 50 mile mark for the week, but if the hubby asks me to run with him, I'll run however long he'd like. Sometimes it's about the quality of the miles (or at least the quality of the company ;)) rather than the quantity of the miles. Stoked that my ankle seems to be almost back to 100% and that there appear to be cooler temperatures (and lower humidity, praise the Lord) on the horizon! Fall running weather is pretty magical if I do say so myself. BRING IT ON MOTHER NATURE!
