Sunday, May 26th – 10.25 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, May 27th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, May 28th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, May 29th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, May 30th – 8.5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, May 31st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, June 1st – Fremont Canyon 28K, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I was a little worried about how my race would go on Saturday since my back has felt terrible (thanks to my fibromyalgia) lately, but thankfully all of my miles were pain-free when I hit the trails! Now let's pray that trend continues as we work towards my next ultra (a 50K at the end of the month) and beyond! Can't believe I had never run over the marathon distance before this year and by the end of July I will have done it four official times in races (not including training!).
