I was introduced to Momentum Jewelry during a #HealthyWayMag Twitter Chat. I didn't win the giveaway they were having, but emailed Amy (the owner, designer and brain behind the company) to learn more about her and the company.

Anywho, long story short, Amy asked me to be an ambassador for the brand a while back (I was honored to be the first official ambassador) and it's been AMAZING ever since! I mean, how can you not LOVE a company that wants to encourage everyone to go the extra mile and be the best version of themselves?! I love being a cheerleader for others, but obviously I can't be there pumping you up 100% of the time... but your Momentum Jewelry can always be there!

Let's just say my Momentum collection is HUGE, always expanded and includes a saying for any situation ;)

Momentum Jewelry released two new mantras that align perfectly with this year's campaign - "keep reaching higher" and "find your courage". And you know I had to get in on the action! I was sent two of the new wraps and knew exactly who to pass them along to.

This past weekend, when I was up in Silicon Valley for two races, I gifted the "keep reaching higher" wrap to a sweet friend who has been dealing with her fair share of bumps and bruises as she fights for her son's schooling. I thought this saying was perfect for her, because although it'd be easier to throw her hands up and give up, she continues to battle on her boy's behalf. I wanted it to serve as a reminder that no matter how tough it may be, it is always worth that next step.

The second wrap, "find your courage", was perfect for a friend of mine who always inspires me with her strength to share the good AND the bad on her social media account. It takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable (especially when social media can sometimes be a place of negativity) and I wanted to offer her a little back-up courage on the days when it can be harder to muster. (I surprised her and left the note and wrap on her doorstep while I was out running one day.)

It's been raining the last couple days so when I ran the surprise over to my sweet friend's house I had to
put the envelope in a Ziploc bag so it wouldn't get soggy on the run over ;)
