Saturday, February 16th – 45 minute run
I had to swap my runs around a bit this week because I was going to be out of town Thursday afternoon through Monday afternoon (volunteering at a church camp, serving meals to 200+ 11th and 12th grade students in Bakersfield) - the stormy weather also put a wrinkle in my workouts and I tried to work around it whenever it was possible. Seeing as I was "working" from about 6am until about 9pm every night I was out of town, the only time to get in a run was early (and running around and around inside of a gym), but hey, I got all of my runs done and THAT is what matters, right?!
