Sunday, February 25th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, February 27th – 4 mile run with the hubby, 20 minutes of stairs, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, February 28th – 10 mile run with the hubby, 10 minutes of stairs, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, March 1st – 8 mile run with the hubby, 20 minutes of stairs, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, March 2nd – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, March 3rd – 22 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
50 miles for the week - BOOYA! No rest for the runners, that's the saying, right?! Just kidding, but really... I know we ran the Mesa-PHX Marathon last week but we've got some pretty big goals we are chasing down in the coming weeks (like the Los Angeles Marathon, the Boston Marathon and #Rim2Rim2Rim in the Grand Canyon all within the next 8 weeks). Even still I am stoked that the hubby are not only still in good spirits, but our bodies are still okay with the mileage we are asking of them. HECK TO THE YES! PS I'm pretty sure I LOVE the trails and am stoked to do more trail running!
