Tuesday, September 3rd – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, September 4th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Thursday, September 5th – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.71 miles), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Friday, September 6th – Rest day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
I would really appreciate the heat and humidity to GO AWAY already! Thankfully I don't have any more BIG races on the calendar for a few months, so my next couple weeks I can take a little easier. (Ryan and I are doing a Color Run in mid-October and then an 80s Run in November, but other than that the rest of this year is wide open.)
Still can't believe that Ryan ran his first half marathon!! AND is already talking about his next one :) SOOOOO STOKED!! And BEYOND proud of him!!
