Tuesday, January 2nd – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, January 3rd – 8 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, January 4th – 14 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, January 5th – 4 mile run with the hubby & 45 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, January 6th – 3.5 mile hike with the hubby and pup, Stretched & Foam Rolled
We'll call Saturday an "active rest day", especially since Walt's hiking speed is like 25:00/mile pace ;) It's sort of crazy to think the majority of the country is freezing its tush off, because we're still able to run in shorts and tees (and sometimes just a sports bras!). But I guess that's why we pay a HIGH sunshine tax... Week 1 of 2018 is DONE - 51 left to go!
