Sunday, August 4th – 9 mile run with the hubby
Monday, August 5th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday, August 6th – 4 mile lunch run
Wednesday, August 7th – Rest day
Thursday, August 8th – 5K to end the day
Friday, August 9th – Rest day
Saturday, August 10th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Eh, a so-so week. I'm working with my psychiatrist on changing dosages so my body was a bit off this week. Not a ton of running, but at least I got in three days (even if they were mostly short). In the past I have jumped out of bed (whether my alarm was set for 3am or 5:30am), but nowadays I've been lacking in the get-up-and-go juices (which is why you see a lunchtime run and an afterwork one). Here's to hoping once my brain chemistry gets in order everything else will follow.
