Tuesday, January 12th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Wednesday, January 13th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, January 14th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Friday, January 15th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Saturday, January 16th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike
Another week of straight biking... I don't know if it is helping to keep me fit, but at least it is helping to keep the routine of waking up before work to get some exercise done in my schedule. And, hey, I'm watching some new-to-me movies on Netflix ;) {Trying to look at the bright side when all I want to do is SCREAM because I am not out there running...}
