Workout Recap - Week 24

Sunday, June 7th – 5.25 miles of hill repeats, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, June 8th – 8 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, June 9th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, June 10th –  4.5 miles of Yasso 800s, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, June 11th – 19ish mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Friday, June 12th 16 mile "train run", Foam Rolled & Stretched



Saturday, June 13th 4 mile trail run to get #Active4Asher, Foam Rolled & Stretched



The numbers might not look overwhelmingly awesome, but this week was AMAZING. A hill workout, recovery run, strength training, a speed workout, cross training, a long run, and then a trail run?! WHO AM I?! I normally never do some of those workouts (hills, speed or trails) and I did them ALL IN ONE WEEK! AWESOMESAUCE! Now let's see if I can keep it up ;)

PS I know that Saturday is normally my rest day, but I had to get #Active4Asher. With that being said, I will probably have 2 rest days next week (Sunday and my standard Saturday), but we shall see.

Great job!! Normally I train 3 times a week, sometimes more if I go trekking...it's always funny and good to see our progress. Stay strong!!
