Workout Recap - Week 22

Sunday, May 24th – Vista Strawberry Festival 10K with the hubby 


Monday, May 25th – 5 mile run


Tuesday, May 26th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs)

Wednesday, May 27th –  8 mile run


Thursday, May 28th – Spin Class with Smitha (led by Kristin)


Friday, May 29th– REST DAY



The numbers might not look like a lot for this week, but man, was it busy. Two races, a shakeout run, trying spin for the first time and LOTS of friends - and WORTH EVERY MOMENT! (PS I didn't stretch or foam roll this week - BAD CARLEE! I think it started because I got a new tattoo on my thigh last week and wasn't sure how to foam roll around it, but then it was just a lazy thing. MUST GET BACK TO IT!)
