Since we will be moving at the end of the month, our apartment will be available for rent as of July 1st. It is an awesome apartment - 2 bedroom 1 bath 1 extra deep garage and about 5 blocks from the beach. Apartment 1B (Carlee and Ryan's apartment) will be available with a one-year lease. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, full kitchen including microwave and small, private patio. As you know, it comes with an extra deep, one-car garage, use of community laundry facilities and use of the community patio and barbeque.
The monthly rent is $1,250.00 and the deposit is $1,000.00.
