Ryan and I are in escrow for this condo!! YAY!! We got word from the lender that they are 99% sure that everything will close, so today we will be putting in our 30 day notice at our current place. Above is a video I took of the condo when we went last time. Sorry in advance for the blurriness of the video (when I move the camera it takes a few seconds to focus again). We are really excited!!
