We just got this email:

CONGRATULATIONS RYAN and CARLEE!!!

I wanted to give you an email confirmation of your home loan funding today. Recording should occur tomorrow and you should be able to get your keys then.

Whooo hoooo!! Ryan and I are homeowners!! We should get our keys tomorrow and be able to start moving things over!! We probably won't move over there fully till this weekend (once we get the bedrooms painted and can move stuff out of the living room), but we OWN A HOME!!
