Workout Recap - Week 45

Sunday, November 3rd – Walked Disneyland with the hubby, 30 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, November 4th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, 30 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, November 5th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 40 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in)

Wednesday, November 6th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, November 7th –  Stationary bike for 60 minutes (16.88 miles), 45 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, November 8th – 6 miles, 45 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, November 9th – 7 miles of hills with the hubby, 60 second Plank (part of the Plank Challenge I am participating in), Foam Rolled & Stretched


Pretty standard week (PLUS the fact that we renewed our Disneyland Annual Passes and were able to hit up DL) with the inclusion of my first full week doing the Plank Challenge

Ryan and I had a great workout on Saturday. We were going to a friend's son's flag football game that was about 7 miles from our place. We decided we would RUN to the game and then take the train back to the house. The one "issue" was that the "course" was just about ALL UP HILL! We live just about as close to sea-level as possible, so obviously most places are 'up' from us, but man, it was a tough run. I kept telling Ry - "It will only make us stronger" and he kept saying "I am running for donuts" (since our friend was bringing donuts to the game). PS I LOVE Public Transportation!
